Subject of the Processing
The Controller processes personal identification data (e.g., name, surname, company name, address, phone number, email, bank details, etc.—hereinafter referred to as “personal data” or simply “data”) provided by users during website registration at www.nolarmadry.it, when entering into contracts, taking part in opinion surveys, filling out forms for event participation, submitting information or support requests, or subscribing to newsletters.
Purposes of the Processing
User data will be processed without explicit consent (as per Art. 24 letters a), b), c) of the Privacy Code and Art. 6 letters b) and e) of the GDPR) for the following purposes:

With explicit and specific consent (Articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and Art. 7 of the GDPR), data may also be processed for the following additional purposes:
Sending of informational material (newsletters, brochures, promotional content, technical documents, etc.). Such data will only be used to perform the requested service.
Processing Methods
Processing is carried out through operations listed in Art. 4 of the Privacy Code and Art. 4(2) GDPR: data collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and destruction.
Data is processed both on paper and electronically/automatically.
Personal data will be stored only for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes, and in any case for no longer than 10 years after the end of the relationship for service-related purposes and 2 years for other purposes. Specific security measures are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access, in compliance with Articles 32–34 of the Privacy Code and Article 32 of the GDPR.

External parties such as professionals, consultants, suppliers, IT support technicians, banks, freight forwarders, or transport companies performing outsourcing services for the Controller

Without the user’s explicit consent (Art. 6 letters b) and c) GDPR), data may be disclosed to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, or other entities where required by law for the purposes set out in Article 3(a) above.
