Post Fixing
The Post Fixing department is responsible for following up each operational phase after confirmation of the contract. All crucial information – from the arrival of the ship to loading and discharging operations, right up to the final delivery of the goods – is managed and coordinated by our team with the utmost accuracy.
Post Fixing department is the hub for all operational communication, acting as an interface between all those involved in the maritime transport cycle. It shall also carefully monitor the flow of sea freight payments, including billing and any disputes relating to stop times and delays.
Key activities also include the careful drafting of post-binding contract documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity between agreed terms and service delivery.
