Nel 1978, Nolarma Tankers e Nolarma Dry Cargo diventano due societ\u00e0 indipendenti, con una chiara divisione delle attivit\u00e0.<br \/>Il 15 settembre 1980 segna una svolta per il Gruppo Nolarma: nell\u2019ambito di una riorganizzazione aziendale, viene costituita una societ\u00e0 a responsabilit\u00e0 limitata con sede a Genova. Questa trasformazione porta alla separazione definitiva di Nolarma Dry Cargo, rendendola una realt\u00e0 autonoma. Alla scomparsa di D\u2019Oria, la leadership dell\u2019azienda rimane nelle mani di Migone e Moro, che proseguono il lavoro di consolidamento e crescita della societ\u00e0. Specializzata nel trasporto di merci secche, Nolarma Dry Cargo opera nel settore del brokeraggio e della logistica per materie prime come minerali, carbone, cereali e altre tipologie di carichi secchi.
